Returns & Refund Policy

At Lavafury, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your new purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team. We are committed to finding the best solution and helping you resolve any issues.

In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To help us rectify this for you, kindly reach out to us at support@lavafury.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number and product name (found on your order confirmation email)
  • A picture of the fault or incorrect item

Rest assured that once we receive your message, we will promptly investigate and offer you a suitable solution.

Please note that we do not provide exchanges or returns for size-related issues unless it is our mistake in sending the wrong-size or faulty items. However, for any sewing or printing problems, we are more than happy to assist you. Just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the necessary steps.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you encounter any of the following problems, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you:

  1. Non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed time (30 business days).
  2. Receipt of a wrong item (incorrect customized information, wrong product, or blurry product).
  3. Receipt of a damaged product (broken).

If, for any reason, you do not wish to receive a replacement, you can request a refund. However, please keep in mind that our products are custom printed specifically for you, and as such, we do not accept general returns.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days from the day you receive the products. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note that we do not process refunds in the following cases:

  1. Non-delivery due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the delivery, not picking up packages as requested).
  2. Non-delivery due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, tracking showing “delivery,” but the item is lost).
  3. Products that have been washed, worn, or used.

If you need to request a refund, kindly do so within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period (30 days) has expired. You can initiate the refund process by sending an email to support@lavafury.com.

Once your refund request is approved, we will credit the refund amount to your account or the original method of payment within 7 business days.
